Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra of ‘The Witcher’ stopped by HollywoodLife’s New York City studio for exclusive portraits. They star as Ciri and Yennefer in the highly-anticipated Netflix series along with Henry Cavill. The characters were created by Andrzej Sapkowski, who wrote ‘The Witcher’ book series. The book series also spawned a popular video game. The show follows Geralt of Rivia, a solitary monster hunter, who struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts. But when destiny hurtles him toward a powerful sorceress, Yennefer, and a young princess named Ciri with a dangerous secret, the three must learn to navigate the increasingly volatile Continent together. The series has already been renewed for season 2 ahead of the first season’s release. All 8 episodes of the first season will be available on Dec. 20.
