Emmy Rossum & Sam Esmail met in 2013 when Emmy got a role in the film ‘Comet,’ which was directed and written by Sam. The couple officially made their relationship public in June 2014 at the premiere of ‘Comet,’ and after two years of dating, in August 2015, the lovebirds got engaged at their home in Los Angeles.
They got married in New York City in May 2017 when Emmy wore a custom Carolina Herrera gown. On May 24, 2021, the couple gave birth to their first child together, a girl.
