Kate Middleton Stuns In Jenny Packham Gown For Gala Dinner

The Duchess is on a divine style roll -- and she's showing off her favorite designers in the process! Just a day after debuting her stunning look for Prince George's christening, she made yet another breathtaking appearance -- can you believe she gave birth a mere three months ago? I must admit that when it comes to Kate Middleton's style, she can do no wrong in my book -- and that's partially due to the fact that we share an affinity for lovely British designer Jenny Packham and her feminine creations. Kate stepped out on Oct. 24 in London, for the 100 Women In Hedge Funds Gala Dinner in Aid of Action on Addiction, where she opted for an ethereal, off-the-shoulder ink blue, silk tulle gown from Jenny Packham's Fall 2013 collection. The dress, which featured a velvet belt, also had a lower neckline than we're used to seeing on the royal -- and wile she showed more skin it was still totally tasteful! We would expect nothing less from Kate.

Kate Middleton’s Dress — Stuns In Jenny Packham 3 Months After Baby:

Just the day before, the Duchess was very busy with her son, Prince George‘s christening. While most new mom’s would probably want to kick their heels up and relax at home after a big day, Kate looked better than ever showing no signs of fatigue, (and not a hair was out of place!), when she headed to the event. The navy gown also allowed the Duchess to show off her svelte, post-baby frame. Jenny Packham is a go-to designer for Kate, and she’s worn both runway looks and bespoke creations both before, after, and during her pregnancy. In fact, she even stepped out in a custom-made, blue polka dot dress for Prince George’s first formal appearance on the steps of the hospital just a day after giving birth to the future king of England.

While Kate is a huge fan of Jenny’s designs, (and she looks sensational in her creations), she is also partial to Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen — and that’s exactly what she showed off for the christening!

Kate Middleton’s Christening Outfit:

Kate looked lovely in a cream, ruffled ensemble when she arrived at St. James’ Palace on Oct. 23. Her McQueen look was offset by her intricate Jane Taylor fascinator. ALthough she opted for a more glam gown for her latest outing, her look for the christening was so appropriate and beyond chic. Wherever she goes she always seems to be wearing the right outfit for the right occasion.

While some may think Kate’s navy dress doesn’t warrant so much gushing, it was actually an interesting change for the Duchess, who often wears lighter colors. The silhouette of the frock was also simply perfect and I commend her for taking a chance and showing a little more skin than usual while still oozing sophistication. Some may think Kate sticks to her staple looks — but she is royalty, after all! She can’t exactly decide to switch up her style and step out in a twerking teddy costume.

What do you think of Kate’s dress? Do you love her latest look as much as we do?
