Kate Middleton Topless Photos

Kate, 31, and Prince William, 30, took legal action against Closer in September. Their lawyer, Aurelien Hamelle, said that the royal couple suffered a “grotesque breach of privacy and felt ‘violated’ during a ‘highly intimate moment during a scene of married life.'”

The topless photos of Kate were taken on September 5 as she and Prince William relaxed at Viscount Linley’s retreat, Chateau d’Autet, in Provence. Aurelien claims that Kate and William were spied on and the photographer would have needed a long lens to capture the shots.

Valerie has denied that she’s responsible for taking any indecent images of Kate, Mail Online reports. She says she took pictures of Kate in her swimsuit, but not topless.

A source confirmed to Mail Online that “a female photographer” working for La Provence, and “the publisher of Closer” were both placed under formal criminal investigation over the topless photos.
